The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery unit is located at the Sundsvall Hospital and is co-located with Orofacial Medicine. The unit employs specialist dentists, resident dentists, assistant dentists, dental hygienists, dental nurses, and administrative staff. We work within the entire spectrum of maxillofacial surgical treatments and have close collaboration with other departments in the hospital.

We are now looking for an operating dental nurse for the Maxillofacial Surgery at Sundsvall Hospital. Competency-enhancing training in the area will be provided as needed. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement.

Operating Dental Nurse for Specialist Dental Care, Maxillofacial Surgery Department, Sundsvall Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maxillofacial surgical operations
• Other tasks related to the surgical team
• Assist in reception/treatment at the unit
• Patient-related administration
• On-call duty is included

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained dental nurse
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is advantageous if you

• Have previous work experience as a dental nurse
• Have previous experience working as a dental nurse in a maxillofacial clinic
